拮抗菌控制果蔬采后病害研究进展

【摘要】 综述了利用拮抗菌控制果蔬采后病害的研究进展。阐述了拮抗菌控制果蔬采后病害的作用模式和影响因素,利用途径,分离、筛选和评价,以及应用前景和面临的问题。

【Abstract】 The control of postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables by using naturally occurring antagonistic microorganisms is reviewed. Effective antagonists may inhibit postharvest pathogens by producing antibiotics, by successfully competing with the pathogens for nutrients and space, by interacting directly with the pathogen, by producing exo-lytic enzyme, or by inducing host resistance. Enhancing the activity of the antagonists naturally existing on the surface of the fruits and vegetables, introducing effective antagonists, and applying the antibiotics produced by antagonists are the ways to control postharvest diseases by antagonists. The isolation of the antagonists from environment, screening in vitro, evaluation in vivo and in the packinghouse, factors which affect the efficacy of the postharvest disease biocontrol, and future prospects and research needs are discussed.
