【Abstract】 Using the stem segment with axillary buds as the explant,the tube propagation of Euonymus fortunei cv.Gold was studied.The results of the experiments suggested that the appropriate media for respective culture stages were:(1)for germination of the axillary buds:MS+6 BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,(2)for differentiation and subculture:MS+6 BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,(3)for rooting:1/2 MS+IBA 0.3mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L.更多还原
