【Abstract】 Through a contrastive analysis of their value,this article distingaishes the two sets of conceptions:environment and natural resources;the right of environment and the right of natural resources,and then proves that the enviroumental law and the law of natural resources are different in regulative targets,basic contents and central issues.Since the two law systems are not absolutely independent,the article also proves the coordinative unity of the two.更多还原
