【摘要】 本文用实验的方法叙述了压电换能器的静态夹持电容随温度变化的特性,以及引起匹配质量 下降的问题.提出了一种关于匹配的新概念一数字电感动态匹配,使匹配电感跟随静态电容的变 化,从而提高匹配质量.实验结果表明这种动态匹配方法是行之有效的.

【Abstract】 The change with temperature of the clamped capacitance of a piezoelectric transducer is measured experimentally and the question of the resultant lowering of the matching efficiency of the transducer is raised. A new concept of matching-the digital inductance dynamic matching is proposed. The digital inductance changing with static clamped capacitance make matching better. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
