硬化材料切口根部应力-应变集中与理论应力集中的关系
Relationship Between Stress-Strain Concentration at Notch tip and Theoretic Stress Concentration for Work-hardening Material
【摘要】 以含浅切口的硬化材料为对象,以平面应变条件下切口根部附近的应力-应变分布为出发点,利用应力平衡法,研究了Neuber准则及Moski-Glinka公式的有效性。发现无论是Neuber准则还是Moski-Glinka公式,都没能很好地反映切口根部的应力-应变集中与理论应力集中的关系。因此,本文作者综合Neuber准则及Moski-Glinka公式,提出了一个更能正确反映切口根部应力-应变集中与理论应力集中关系的表达式。
【Abstract】 In the present paper, both the stress-strain distribution near shallow notch ti p for work-hardening material under plane strain condition and the stress balan ce method are used to study the effectiveness of Neuber’s rule and that of Mosk i -Glinka’s (M-K’s) relation. It is found that whether Neuber’s rule or M-K ’s relation does not reflect well the relationshp between stress-strain concen tration at the notch tip and theoretic stress concentration. Therefore, united N eube’s rule with M-K’s relation, the expressioin that reflects well the relat ionship between stress-strain concentration at the notch tip and theoretic str ess concentration is proposed.
