【Abstract】 An approach to implement Modal Filters (MF) with closed or repeated frequencies as those of space intelligent truss structures is proposed in the paper. Based on MF and time sharing which uses controllers effectively, a control strategy of Independent Modal Space Control (IMSC) is developed for the active vibration suppression of space intelligent truss structures.
