【摘要】 获得了双盘悬臂柔性转子—同心型挤压油膜阻尼器 ( SFD)系统在 SFD轴承处的稳态圆响应的频响特性曲线、盘的频响曲线及传递率曲线。通过求解各方程和分析响应曲线图优选出可以避免出现双稳态和不稳定的参数组合。在给定的参数范围内分析了参数对于各项系统特性的影响 ,保证了所选参数能较好地满足各项性能要求 ,使系统具有优良的稳定性和动态特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum parameters selecting of a over hung flexible rotor with two disks supported on centralized squeeze film damper(SFD) are studied in this paper. The motion differential equations of the system with 8th degree of freedom are transformed into only one equivalent equation. The amplitude frequency responses of system stable circle response at the stations of SFD bearing and two disks are analysed and the SFD force transimission ratio is investigated. The optimum paramters range is obtained based on large quantities of calculations and analysis. It shows that the system with optimum paramters suggested in this paper has small responses amplitude at SFD bearing and two diskes have also small force transimission ratio at SFD bearing stations, so that the system composed by optimum paramters has good dynamic characteristics and stability.更多还原
