粗糙表面法向接触刚度的分形模型
Fractal Model of Normal Contact Stiffness between Rough Surfaces
【摘要】 指出了以往有关粗糙表面法向接触刚度理论研究工作的缺陷与不足 ,并在一定的前提假设下 ,基于球体与平面的接触理论和粗糙表面的分形接触理论 ,从理论上给出了具有尺度独立性的粗糙表面法向接触刚度分形模型 ,并进行了数字仿真研究。
【Abstract】 Some researchers studied normal contact stiffness between rough surfaces in theory, their researches, however, are all based on the statistically describing results of the micro profile of rough surfaces. So their describing results are unobjective and indeterminative, for the roughness of a rough surface being multi scale characterisstic. The work by Majumdar [7] has shown that a machined rough surface has statistical self affinity fractal characteristic, and the fractal contact theory and the fractal contact model MB model have been putforward. Here, under some given hypetheses (1) the micro profiles of rough surfaces are same in all directions; (2) the interactions betwwen neighboring asperities of rough surfaces can be ignored, the fractal model of normal contact stiffness between rough surfaces is built up based on the contact theory between a sphere and a plane and the fractal contact theory between rough surfaces, at the first time. The influencing laws of the fractal parameter D and the normal force on normal contact stiffness are researched simulately, and the results are identical qualitatively with the experimental results. The model is independent with scale.
