流体动力学模型流密度方程的离散方法分析
Analysis of Discrete Scheme for Flux Density in Hydrodynamic Model
【摘要】 给出了电子与空穴电流密度方程和能流密度方程的一种新的离散方法,并成功地用于基于流体动力学模型和差分离散的半导体器件的数值模拟分析.
【Abstract】 The discretization of current density and energy flux density equations are very important in the numerical analysis of semiconductor devices. In this paper, we present a new discretization method of the above two physical quantities, which has been used in device modeling based on hydrodynamic model and finite difference methods.
