提高Ni、Cu超微粉生产率的方法研究
A Study of the Method to Increase the Production Rate of Ultrafine Ni and Cu Powders
【摘要】 研究了用直流电弧等离子体法制备 Ni、Cu超微粉时 ,在原材料中加入高熔点金属 W、Mo后 ,对超微粉产率的影响 .结果表明 ,Ni、Cu超微粉的产率有较大幅度提高 ,并且超微粉中几乎不含有 W和 Mo.探讨了 W、Mo提高超微粉产率的原因 .
【Abstract】 The effect of high melting point metals W and Mo on the production rate in the preparation of ultrafine Ni and Cu powder using “hydrogen plasma metal” reaction method is investigated. It is indicated that the production rate has been improved. And the ultrafine powders hardly contain any W and Mo. The causes of high production rate are also discussed.
