【Abstract】 Zinc botate is a kind of inorganic retardant with superior property. Especially Zinc Borate with composition of 2ZnO·3B 2O 3·3.5H 2O is widely used. The paper studied and obtained the technical conditions of preparation by orthogonal experimental design. The technical conditions were: temperature of 338 K, mixture mole ratio of ZnSO 4·7H 2O to Na 2B 4O 7·10H 2O of 1.05∶1, liquid solid ratio at 3.5∶1, reaction time of 6 hours. Zinc botate synthesized under this condition is finer and more evenly distributed than other conditions.更多还原
