大功率CO2激光器非平衡态合成WO3/Al2O3新型陶瓷催化剂
Studies on the Novel WO3/Al2O3 Catalyst Synthesized by a High Power CO2 Laser under Nonequilibrium Condition
【摘要】 用大功率 CO2 激光在高温、快速、非平衡态下合成 WO3/ Al2 O3烯烃歧化反应催化剂。利用 XRD、XPS、DTA TG等技术对催化剂的性质进行了研究。表明激光合成催化剂中存在非平衡态的 Alx WO3。低于六价的钨是烯烃歧化反应的活性中心 .同时还考查了催化剂组成、激光功率及熔炼时间与丙烯歧化反应活性之间的关系。
【Abstract】 A novel WO 3/Al 2O 3 Catalyst for metathesis of olefine were synthesized by the high power CO 2 laser under nonequilibruim condition. XRD、XPS and DTATG techniques have been applied to analyzing the properties of synthesized catalyst. The results obtained reveal that the nonequilibrium product Al xWO 3 contains W atoms which valence is lower than+6,and there W atoms are the active sites of catalyst for the metathesis of olefine. Then it discusses the relations of catalytic activity with composition of the catalyst、laser power and melting time.
