深熔激光焊建模方法的研究进展
Research Progress of Modeling Deep Penetration Laser Welding
【摘要】 介绍近年来深熔激光焊接过程数学模型的进展。重点讨论光致等离子体、小孔的作用机制及其对焊接过程的影响 ;人工神经网络方法在深熔激光焊数学模型中的应用
【Abstract】 The newly developed modeling methods of deep penetration laser welding are discussed in this paper. In order to understand the nature of laser welding process, we discussed the mechanisms and properties of laserinduced plasma and keyhole, and their influence in detail. Artificial Neural Network is feasible in modeling laser welding process. In this paper its algorithm is explained.
