【摘要】 用波长 51 0 nm、脉冲持续时间 3 0 0 ns的脉冲染料激光治疗雀斑 ,能选择性地作用于黑色素小体 ,而对周围组织影响甚少。用治疗剂量 2 .0和 2 .2 5J/ cm2 ,55例雀斑患者经一次治疗后 ,显效率为 87.3 % ,有效率为 9.1 % ,总有效率为 96.4 % ,其中有 9例出现不同程度的暂时性的色素异常改变 ,但无一例出现萎缩性或肥厚性疤痕更多还原

【Abstract】 We chose the pulsed dye laser which wavelength is 510nm and pulse width is 300ns to treatment ephelides.This sort of laser can act on melanosomes alternatively,which exert little influence on neighbor tissues.We had treated 55 subjects.The energy density of the laser is 2.0 or 2.25J/cm 2.After only single radiation,87.3% of the subjects had been significantly improved,9.1% improved.The total improving rate was 96.4%.Abnormal temporary pigmentation changes took place in 9 subjects.No atrophic or hypertrophic scars appeared.更多还原
