【摘要】 为探讨激光脱毛的效果及碳霜在激光脱毛中的作用 ,采用外涂碳霜与 Nd:YAG激光照射 ,对豚鼠进行脱毛效果的观察 ,发现外涂碳霜对组织病理改变和毛发再生均无影响。实验结果表明 ,Q开关 Nd:YAG激光脱毛是一种安全有效的治疗方法 ,脱毛效果与照射剂量有关 ,高于阈值 3～ 4倍剂量的激光照射脱毛效果较好更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the efficacy of laser hair removal and the function of carbon cream in laser hair removal.The method of topical-carbon-cream combined with Nd:YAG laser irradiation (TCNYLI) has been used to observe the hair removal effectiveness for guinea pig.Carbon cream does not differ from the case without carbon cream for histdogic alteration and hair regrowth. The experimental results show that:It is a safe and effective method for hair removal with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.The hair-removal effect relates to irradiation level.Three to four times laser-irradiation-level higher than the threshold can get better hair removal effect.更多还原
