非晶态Ni-Mo-Co合金电极的制备和析氢性能
Preparation and Catalytic Property of Amorphous Ni-Mo-Co Alloy Electrode
【摘要】 采用电沉积方法制备了 Ni- Mo- Co非晶态合金 .在 p H=9.5 ,t=40~ 5 0℃条件下 ,研究了不同镍钴摩尔比的电镀液对合金镀层性质的影响 .用扫描电镜 ,能谱色散 X射线分析仪和 X射线衍射技术分别检测了 Ni- Mo- Co合金的表观形貌、镀层中元素组成和晶态结构 .结果表明 ,电沉积 Ni- Mo- Co合金外观呈银白色 ,表面光滑细致 ,为非晶态结构 .采用线性扫描和交流阻抗技术研究了 Ni- Mo- Co合金电极在 1mol/ L Na OH溶液中的析氢催化性能 .
【Abstract】 The amorphous Ni-Mo-Co alloy electrodes were prepared by electro-deposition. The properties of three electrodes different in molar ratio content of Ni~2+, Co~2+ and Mo~6+ were compared at pH=9.5 and 40~50 ℃. Their morphology, element composition and crystal structure were evaluated by SEM, EDAX and XRD analyses. The electrodeposited alloys are amorpohous, silver bright and compact. The catalytic property of the alloy electrodes in hydrogen evolution reaction in 1 mol/L NaOH solution was studied by linear sweep voltammetry and ac impedence measurement. The electrodes have lower overpotential and better catalytic property than pure Ni electrode.
