水稻新材料耐淹涝能力的比较研究

【摘要】 以“禾稗”DNA导入后代及受体、供体为试验材料 ,应用地上部干重和根系干重的相对受害率(RD/% ) ,叶片的电导率 (k)和膜脂过氧化物的产物丙二醛 (MDA)的增加量几个生长、生理指标 ,在苗期模拟没顶淹水处理 2、4、6d ,比较研究了“禾稗”DNA导入后代与供体、受体耐淹涝能力 .结果显示 :在淹涝胁迫下 ,“94D 0 5”、“94D 34”的干重RD/%分别小于它们的受体“科长早 3号”和“圭 6 30” ,达到或接近与供体“禾稗”的水平 ,但“94D 5 4”的干重RD/%值显著高于供体 ,而略低于其受体“圭 6 30” ;无论是“禾稗” ,还是水稻 ,它们叶片的k、MDA均随淹涝时间延长而增大 ,但不同试验材料增加百分率存在明显差异 .“94D 0 5”的k、MDA的增加量比供体“禾稗”高 ,但未达到显著水平 ;与受体“科长早 3号”相比显著降低 .“94D 34”、“94D 5 4”的k增加量高于供体“禾稗”而低于受体“圭 6 30” ,差异均不显著 ;“94D 34”的MDA的增加率与受体“圭 6 30”的差异达到极显著水平 ,但与供体“禾稗”差异不显著 ;“94D 5 4”与受体“圭 6 30”差异不显著 ,但与供体“禾稗”差异达到极显著 .多重比较表明淹涝胁迫后叶片的k、MDA增加率与植株干重RD/%值呈极显著的正相关 .因此 ,应用分子育种技术向水稻导入“禾稗”DNA可以

【Abstract】 D 34 and 94D 54, 94D 05 were derived from “Gui 630" and “Kechengzao 3” respectively by means of injecting DNA of Echinochloa crugalli into rice spike stalk. Of 94D 34, 94D 54, the recipient “Gui 630", 94D 05 and its recipient “Kechengzao 3", and the donor E.crusgalli , relative damage percent( R D/%) of shoot and root dry weight, increasing rate of electric conductivity( k ) and malondialdehyde(MDA) of leaves were comparatirely studied under submergence stress for 2, 4, 6 d. The results showed that R D/% of 94D 34 and 94D 05 of dry weight was lower than that of their recipient,but identical or similar to its donor; R D/% of 94D 54 (dry weight) was greater than its donor and a little lower than its recipient. MDA and k of leaves increased with duration of submergence stress in all materials, but the increasing rate of MDA and k differed remarkably and was significantly correlated positively with their R D/% of dry weight. The increasing rate of MDA and k for 94D 05 were a little greater than its donor E.crusgalli , but much lower than its recipient “Kechengzao 3"; the increasing rates of k for 94D 34 and 94D 54 were greater than their donor E.crusgalli , but lower than their recipient “Gui630"; the increasing rate of MAD for 94D 34 was much lower than its recipient, and similar to its donor, but 94D 54 was similar to its recipient, much greater than its donor. The above results indicated that submergence tolerance of 94D 05 and 94D 34 were stronger than that of the recipient. Therefore, it may be suggested that new submergence tolerant rice lines could be created by means of injecting total DNA from E.crusgalli into rice. Fig 2, Tab 7, Ref 22
