应用CCD拼接技术的高分辨率图像扫描仪设计
DESIGN OF HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE SCANNER WITH CCD SPLICING TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 介绍多CCD拼接技术在高分辨率扫描仪系统中的应用。采用此技术研制的图像扫描系统 ,在 4 -CCD拼接情况下 ,设计物理分辨率 70 0DPI ,可分辨率插值 350DPI和 140 0DPI ,满足清晰扫描 0 .0 8m线宽要求 ,系统图件扫描相对精度 0 .1mm ,水平方向拼接精度和垂直方向安装精度控制在一个像元内 ,对应物面 0 .0 36mm
【Abstract】 The application of multi-CCD splicing technology to a high resolution scanner is described. For the image scanning system developed with 4CCD technology, the designed physical resolution is 700 DPI, the resoluble interpotations are 350 DPI and 1400 DPI, the requirement of 0.08 m line width image is satisfied, the relative accuracy of image scanning is 0.1mm, the horizontal splicing accuracy and vertical installation accuracy are controlled within a pixel, the corresponding object plane is 0.036mm.
