【Abstract】 continuing medical education facilitates professionalsattain or improve: proficiency in clinical and investigative fields of work after a theoretical and practical course that enadle them to acquire the ability to research a project and to assess its various aspects ; experience with various clinical and laboratory techniques; a scientific mind that can dissect a problem into its components in rational ways, and analyse the findings of investigative studies; scrupulous honesty , intellectual integrity , persis-tance, hard work spirit; abilities to detect flaws in work , make amendments, apply new and better methods to services; initiatives to actively respond to changing conditions by developing programs designed to ensure their continued remaining at the front of health services and medical technology.更多还原
