【摘要】 通过对CPT—4(98)与ICD—9—CM第三卷两种编码系统的一般性和要点比较,认为CPT编码系统无论就其医疗服务/操作术语的定义性描述、数字码的编制方式、整个系统的数量和内容及其组合等方面,均具有明显的实用性优势。建议借鉴CPT编码系统针对不同的医疗需求和有限的卫生资源,建立国家医疗服务和评价的计算机管理系统,编制适合我国国情的医疗服务(操作)编码系统,将有利于我国医疗卫生经济的有序发展,有利于改变现行医疗价格制订中的不合理和不科学性,有利于医疗服务和操作的规范化、标准化,特别是有利于基本医疗保险管理的良性运作。更多还原
