【Abstract】 How to build up a united and efficient leading group in hospital is studied from science of management: for unity, the leading group should have scientific, rational structure and system, formulate common goals, make these communicated in the whole hospital, regularly revised and updated through staff’ s joint efforts; for efficiency, the leading members act as facilitators, foster the organization s development through mobilization, coordination of staff s enthusiasm, and also; act as problem solvers, work in active, participant, democratic styles, be good at plan as well as at reaction to changes; as technical experts, know intensive and extensive efforts, developments, glamorous achievements in their specialties and related fields.更多还原
