【Abstract】 Measures for control of irrational rising of drug expenditure are discussed from aspects: increase macro - level research, prediction, guidance of drug production and market in terms of priorities, choices, supply - demand relations, price management policy; facilitate in - service training and management development to improve the quality of prescription practice; make actual drug diversity a clinical advantage for physicians to choose different mechanisms of action and different prcfiles of interactions for their individual patients; allowing flexibility on the part of physician to adjust drug prescription to what is most favorable for the patient; manage need and expense in ways that move them in the direction of compatibility; improve management policy which can integrate services and promote cost - effectiveness.更多还原
