【Abstract】 A contract employment system applied for each member in hospital is discussed about issues of potential advantages, possible questions, how to promote what is beneficial and abolish what is not: this system contributes to smashing the three iron’ s (iron rice bowl, iron wage, iron work post), enabling middle - aged, young and competent professionals to be free from the effects of the traditional practice of granting promotions according to seniority, and bringing certain other flexibility and advantages to personnel system; the possible questions remaining to be solved may include how to avoid short - term activities, encourage hospitals to pursue long rather than short - term goals, administratively, managerially, financially support hospitals to approach various problems from the high perspective of the long - term common interests of hospital services.更多还原
