【摘要】 目的 :研究中成药戊己胶囊对动物胃肠道系统的影响。方法 :采用幽门结扎 ,胃排空 ,胃肠推进运动 ,醋酸扭体反应以及番泻叶致泻模型观察戊己胶囊对胃肠系统的影响。结果 :戊己胶囊能显著减少大鼠胃液分泌和胃酸排出量 ,抑制小鼠胃肠推进运动 ,明显减慢小鼠的胃排空 ,对醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应以及番泻叶引起的小鼠泻下作用均有明显的影响。结论 :戊己胶囊具有抑制胃肠运动、镇痛、止泻作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Effects of Chinese traditional medicine Wuji capsule on gastrointestinal system were studied. Method:To use pyloric ligation, gastric emptying, gastrointestinal propulsion, cassia acutifolia Del. inducing purging models to observe the gastrointestinal tract effect produced with Wuji capsule. Results:Wuji capsule decreased the gastric acid output in mice, dose dependently inhibited the gastric emptying and gastrointestinal propulsive motility, reduced the purging and writhing. Conclusion:Wuji capsule has an protective effects on gastrointestinal system.更多还原
