颅面部骨折螺旋CT三维成像的诊断价值
The Diagnostic Value of Spiral CT and Three-dimensional(3-D) Reconstructions in Craniofacial Fracture
【摘要】 探讨螺旋CT三维成像对颅面部骨折的诊断价值。方法:使用Somatom plus 4型CT扫描机和随机3D软件对56例颅面部外伤进行轴位扫描后做三维成像,重建厚度为3mm。结果:二维和三维CT对颅面骨折部位的显示率无明显差异,但三维CT对骨折全貌的显示,骨折块数目测定及移位程度优于二维CT。结论:螺旋CT扫描获得的容积数据可重建高质量的二维及三维图像;三维成像能完整地显示骨折全貌,对帮助临床医师及时作出诊断,制定手术方案和进行术后评估具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the value of spiral CT scanning and three dimensional(3-D) reconstructions in craniofacial fracture. Method: Spiral Scenning and 3-D reconstrections of 56 cases with craniofacial trauma were performed with a Somatom plus 4 CT scanner and a 3 -D reconstrution software, The thickness of reconstrution is 3mm. Results: There is no signifcant difference in 2 - D CT and 3 - D CT displacy the fracture, but 3-D CT was supprior to 2 - D CT in illustrating the location fracture of severity and the displacement of bone fragments. Conclusion: Spiral scanning can show volumetric data and increase the accuracy of the data, the important role of 3 - D CT in preoperative diagnosis urgical planning and predicting the postoperative changes.
