钼催化尿中铅的测定
Determining the Content of Lead in Urine by Molybdenum (Mo) Catalytic agent
【摘要】 利用钼酸铵的催化消化一次加入混合酸,改进了原有双硫腙法的分析条件,使方法简便速度加快,提高了显色稳定性,使之实用于生物检测,铅中毒防治中的尿铅测定。尿铅的双硫腙比色法是一个经典方法,设备简单,应用广泛。但操作冗长、费时、试剂耗费大。本文改进了消化方法及操作步骤,提高了分析速度、灵敏度、可靠性、经济性。
【Abstract】 This writing adopts adding some mixxing acid at one time and molybdenum catalytic agent, improving the analytical condition of the double sulphur bydrazone method. This method is simper, faster, sensitivity and night stable nature. So it is better than old double sulphur bydrazone method.
