【摘要】 目的 分析AVN的CT表现,了解CT检查对AVN的价值。方法 采用西门子DR—H全身扫描,对24例33个股骨头CT表现与X线对照分析。结果 早期AVN CT表现为股骨头星状征消失,滑膜肿胀,关节积液。晚期股骨头囊状变,股骨头变形,关节面模糊,关节间隙狭窄等。结论 CT检查对早期AVN及晚期AVN有一定临床诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To analyse the CT findings of avascular necrosis of femoral head( AVM) and evaluate examination in diagnosis of AVN. Methods with somaton DRH scanner,24 cases with 33 femoral head underwent CT scan and compared with X - ray findings. Results CT findings of the early AVM were as follows: disappeanace of star sign, swelling of synovialis and effusive joint. The late features were cystic degeneration and deformation of femoral head, obscure joint surface and narrow joint space. Conclusion CT examination is clinically valuable in diagnosis of the early and the late AVN.更多还原
