【摘要】 目的 探讨肾上腺髓脂瘤的CT诊断。方法 收集手术病理证实的8例肾上腺髓脂瘤CT检查资料,分析其临床资料和CT表现。结果 CT表现为:平扫示肾上腺区脂肪及软组织混杂密度肿块,边界清晰,20％伴零星点状钙化,增强后肿块周边及内部软组织密度稍增高,脂肪区密度无变化。结论 CT对肾上腺髓脂瘤具有特殊的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the value of CT in diagnosing adrenal myelolipoma. Methods 8 patients with adrenal myelolipoma confirmed by operation and pathological results underwent CT scan preoperatively, whose clinical data and radiological features were analyzed. Results Nonenhancement CT scan revealed masses with fat and soft tissue heterogenous density in adrenal region. The border of mass were clear, twenty percent have sporadic punctate calcification. When contrast media being administrated, the density of soft tissue appeared higher in periphral and inner area of masses. The density of fatty tissue did not change. Conclusion CT images have characteristic features in diagnosing the adrenal myelolipoma.更多还原
