【摘要】 目的 探讨盆腔腹膜囊肿的超声诊断及介入性超声治疗方法的价值。方法 回顾分析1990年1月-1998年12月间经超声引导下穿刺、腹腔镜下穿刺及剖腹手术证实的110例盆腔腹膜囊肿。结果 110例中,术前超声诊断为盆腔腹膜囊肿105例,超声诊断符合率95.5％(105/110)。其中超声引导下穿刺105例,腹腔镜下穿刺2例,剖腹手术3例。结论 超声诊断盆腔腹膜囊肿有重要的临床价值,超声引导下穿刺是进一步诊断及治疗盆腔腹膜囊肿的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose Discuss the value of ultrasonography and interventional ultrasonography in diagnosis and treatment of pelvic-peritoneal cyst(PPC). Methods Analysing 110 cases of PPC confirmed by puncture guided by ultrasound and laparoscopy, and laparotomy. Results 105 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonogrphy before operation, and the ratio of accuracy of ultrasonography was 95. 5% (105/110). Conclusion Ultrasonography has important value in diagnosis of PPC,and puncture of PPC guided by ultrasound is a good method in diagnosis and treatment of PPC.更多还原
