【摘要】 选择 2 4例孕 37～ 40周的健康孕妇 ,根据超声的次数和方式不同分为 4组 ,空白对照组 (未辐照 )、实验组 (辐照次数 1～ 3次 )、实验组 (辐照次数 4～ 6次 )、实验组 (胎心监护 1～ 3次 )各 6例。分别于分娩时抽取脐带血 ,分析脐带血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换 (SCE)以及网织红细胞 (Ret)情况。结果显示 :各实验组和对照组之间以及各实验组之间的血淋巴细胞 SCE均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;血 Ret、各组间亦无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。因此 ,我们认为超声对胎儿血细胞、骨髓都未见明显的影响 ,晚孕期使用超声是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultrasound, being operated easily, and non invasive, is widely used in clinics, but their safety is still controversial. According to the number and pattern of exposure to ultrasound, in our study, 24 healthy pregnant(37～40 weeks) women were selected, and divided into four groups: Group Ⅰ,exposur 1～3 times;Group Ⅱ,4～6 times; Group Ⅲ,No exposure to ultrasound but electrical heart monitoring 1～3 times; Group Ⅳ, Control group no exposure to ultrasound. All these patients, at the time of delivery, umibilical vein blood was drawn for analysis of Sister Chromatid Exchange(SCE) and Reticulocyte (Ret).Result: The study groups,compared to the control group, shown no significant differences on the SCE and reticulocyte (P>0.05), and so did with the study groups. This result suggests that ultrasound has no effect on the fetal blood cells and bone marrow function. Therefore, the two methods are safe to use in the third trimester from our experimental results.更多还原
