绿色激光血管内照射安全阈值的实验研究
Experimental research on the safe limits of green leser intravenous irradiation
【摘要】 红光对循环血液作用的安全阈值,国内外均有报导,但绿色激光对循环血液作用的安全阈值是多少还未见报导。本实验通过不同功率的半导体绿色激光对犬进行血管内照射,并对一系列指标进行了测试,实验结果表明:绿色激光照射循环血液的安士阈值功率为 8 mW,功率密度为 28.57 mW/mm2,剂量为 101.9×102J/cm2。
【Abstract】 The safe limits of the action of Red Laser on circulation blood have been reported, but there has not been any report about those of Greed Laser on circulation blood. In this paper, we chose different powers of semiconductor Green Laser to irradiate canine by intravenous irradiation and surveyed a series of indexes so as to study its safe limits. The results indicate that the safe limits (Power, Power density, Dosage) of the irradiation of Green Laser on circulation blood should be 8 mW, 28. 57 mW/mm2 and 101. 9 X 102 J/cm2.
