【摘要】 [目的 ]用呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)感染棉鼠和小白鼠 ,制作RSV肺炎模型 ,用莪术油混悬剂腹腔注射 ,观察疗效。 [方法 ]用 10 0倍半数感染剂量 (TCID50 )RSV感染棉鼠和小白鼠 ,从感染当天开始用 0 5 %莪术油腹腔注射治疗 ,注射第 5天、第 10天解剖动物观察肺组织光学病理和超微病理的改变。用RSV感染体外培养的Hep -2传代细胞株 ,用0 5 %莪术油抑制RSV病毒 ,计算其治疗指数。 [结果 ] 0 5 %莪术油可以有效治疗患RSV肺炎的棉鼠和小白鼠 ;体外试验证明 ,莪术油对RSV病毒所致的细胞病变有抑制作用 ,其半数有效浓度 (IC50 )为 0 0 116mg/ml,治疗指数为 82 12 9。[结论 ]莪术油对感染RSV肺炎的动物有治疗作用 ,体外有明显抑制RSV感染细胞的作用。更多还原
