介入放射学防护用品的研制
Study & Manufacture of Protective Articles for Radio-intervention Operators
【摘要】 [目的 ]为介入放射学提供符合辐射防护最优化的防护用品。 [方法 ]根据防护最优化的原则和屏蔽防护的原理 ,针对国产 5 0 0mA透视X射线机的特点 ,设计介入防护装置 ;模拟介入手术条件 ;测试在不同防护条件下介入手术者身体主要部位的散射线 ;设计安全、轻便、舒适的个人防护用品。 [结果 ]研制出一套由 4部分组成的介入防护装置和 4种个人防护用品。 [结论 ]介入防护装置与适当的个人防护用品相结合 ,不仅达到比较理想的防护效果 ,减轻介入手术医生 60 %以上的负重 ,而且价位适中 ,对大多数利用国产透视X射线机开展介入放射诊断和治疗的地、县级医院 ,具有推广应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective]The objective of this study is to provide the most eligible protective articles for interventional radiology. [Methods]The method and procedures included design of the interventional protective installations, which were worked out by following the principle of optimization and the mechanism of shielding & protection and in accordance with the features of the X - ray machines(500 mA, made in China); simulation of interventional conditions;measurement of the scatter radiation upon the main parts of the interventional operators under various protective status;and design of individual protective articles which should also meet the features of safety, lightness and comfortableness. [Results]As a result, an interventional protective installation (composed of 4 parts) and 4 individual protective articles were made. [Conclusions]It is concluded that the concerted application of these protective installation and articles could ensure more ideal protective effect, reduce 60% of the load, and open up a broad market for the prefecture-level and the county-level hospitals where China-made X-ray machines were popularly applied.
