【摘要】 对 5 6例下颌骨肿瘤切除术后对面下部美观的影响进行了临床研究。其中下颌骨恶性肿瘤 2 0例 ,良性肿瘤 36例。下颌骨一侧切除 4例 ,部分切除 46例 ,方块切除 6例。进行自体骨移植 16例 ,义齿修复 18例。结果表明 ,下颌骨部分切除后植骨修复对面部形态的改变明显小于未植骨者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,对恢复口腔功能及保持口腔清洁也明显优于未植骨者 (P<0 .0 5 )。影响口腔功能者主要表现为咬合关系紊乱。下颌骨切除后对面部形态美学的改变 ,女性心理障碍明显大于男性 (P<0 .0 5 )更多还原

【Abstract】 The affection of esthetic on face after mandibulectomy was studied in 56 cases of mandibular tumors. The results indicated that the facial contour is less changed in the grafting bone group than the non grafting bone group( P <0 05) after partial mandibulectomy, similarly the oral function and hygiene are better than the non grafting bone group ( P <0 05). Meanwhile the psychological hindrance of female is more obviously than male after mandibulectomy ( P <0 05).\;更多还原
