【摘要】 为了了解全自动血液分析计数仪的影响因素,本研究用手工法和仪器法分别测定小RBC患者组,大、小PLT患者组及健康对照组的血小板并比较。结果显示小RBC引起仪器法计数血小板测定值假性增高,大、小PLT引起仪器法计数血小板测定值假性降低。另外抗凝剂,标本放置时间,技术操作误差或试剂也是仪器法计数PLT的影响因素。因此,全面了解仪器法计数PLT的影响因素,有助于正确分析血细胞参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 In oraer to study the influence factors in the pktelet count by the auto-mobile blood-cell analyzer, PLT of microcytic RBC subjects, microcytic PLT or macrocytic PLT subjects and normal subjects were measured with the manual count method and the analyzer count method. The result showed that in the analyzer count, microcytic RBC cause the PLT count result increasing falsely, and marcocytic PLT or microcytic PLT cause the PLT count result decreasing falsely. Besides, anticoagulant, sample standing time and incorrect procedure are the influence factors in the analyzer count PLT. So to know the influence factors in the analyzer count PLT can help to analyze the blood cell parameter correctly.更多还原
