【摘要】 本文应用平消胶囊配合化学药物治疗52例晚期肺腺癌。全组CR2例,PR25例,总有效率为51.9%,且73.0%的患者症状改善,75.0%的患者功能状态得到改善,1年生存率为36.5%。结果表明平消胶囊与化学药物并用可以提高晚期肺腺癌的治疗效果,改善患者的生存质量。平消胶囊是治疗晚期肺腺癌的有效中成药之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 52 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma received chemotherapy and Pingxiao capsule in our hospital. CR and PR were observed in 2 and 25 patients respectively. The overall response rates was 51.9% .Symptom relief and lung function improvements were observed in 38(73.0%) and 39 (75%)patients respectively. 1-year survival was 36.5% .Our results showed that chemotherapy combined with Pingxiao capsule could improve treatment results and life quality of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Pingxiao capsule is one of the effective Chinese herbs for treating advanced lung adenocarcinoma.更多还原
