【摘要】 通过检测血液流变学指标,PT、TT、KPTT凝血功能指标,血小板计数值及聚集功能,研究急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎血液粘滞性改变。结果发现切变率在5.75(1/S)时全血粘度显著升高(P<0.05);红细胞聚集性显著增强(P<0.01);PT、TT延长(P<0.01);血小板数量及聚集功能均未发现明显改变。提示急性黄胆型病毒性肝炎患者血液粘滞性发生明显改变,以血液粘度升高,外源性凝血功能障碍为主要表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the variation of the blood viscosity of the acute jaundiced viral hepatitis by detectiing the hemorheology indicators, PT < TT, KPTT, coagulation function indicators, the count and the assembly function of the plateler It is found that the viscosity of the whole blood and the assembly of RBC rise marked ( P < 0. 01)and PT.TT.KPTT is longer( P <0. 01)when the shear rate is 5. 75(1/s) ,but the variation of the count and the assmbly of the platelet is not conspious.
