【摘要】 观察糖尿病患者服用复方丹参片后 ,其超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力和血液流变学的变化 ,并探讨该药在糖尿病并发症防治中的作用。 96例糖尿病患者随机分为复方丹参片组和对照组 ,分别口服复方丹参片或安慰剂 ,观察治疗前后三个月两组病人的SOD及及血液流变学等指标的变化。结果表明复方丹参片组病人治疗后的SOD、糖化血红蛋白Alc、纤维蛋白原含量、全血及血浆粘度、红细胞电泳时间、空腹血糖均较治疗前有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 0 1) ,与对照组相比 ,有非常显著的差异 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 0 1)。因此认为 ,复方丹参片能提高患者体内SOD含量 ,清除自由基 ,保护组织细胞及功能 ;改善糖尿病患者血液流变学特性 ,提高前列环素I2 /血栓素A2 比值 ,减少红细胞及血小板的聚集 ,降低血液粘稠度 ;纠正糖代谢异常 ;改善糖尿病患者心、脑血管及神经的并发症症状及体征。该药在糖尿病发病及慢性并发症的防治中有一定的独特作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To study treating and preventing effect of Miltiorrhizae composita tablets on complications of diabetes mellitus, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and hemorrheology in diabetics were observed. 96 cases of diabetics were divided into two groups randomly. The patients of therapy group were taken Miltiorrhizae Composita tablets orally and those of control group were taken placebo. The content of SOD, HBAlc, fibrinogen and fasting bloodglucose, the viscosity of whole blood and plasma, and the electorphoretic time of RBC before and after treatment of two groups were determined respectively. As compared to those of control group, the above data of therapy group were improved significently (P<0.01～0.001). It was suggested that Miltiorrhizae composita tablets may benefit the diabetics with the complication of cerebrocardiovascular system.更多还原
