【摘要】 用北京医科大学中国药物依赖性研究所设计的调查表 ,对155例阿片类滥用者及其多药滥用情况进行调查。结果显示 ,新滋生的滥用者仍在增加 ,女性滥用者比例升高。94.2%的阿片类滥用者为同时合用非阿片类药物的多药滥用者 ,合用的药物以三唑仑、地西泮、曲马朵为主。合用的目的是为了治疗病痛 ,增强阿片或海洛因的精神效应 ,寻求更强的作用效果 ,延长作用时间。合用的药物主要来源于药店和医院 ,因而应加强对精神药品的管理更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey on 155 opioid abusers and their polydrug abuse was carried out with a questionnaire designed by National Institute on Drug Dependence.Results showed that the number of new abusers and the proportion of female abusers were increasing. 94.2% of opioid addicts abused non opioid drugs,in which triazolm,diazepam and tramadol were their favour. The aim of their polydrug abuse was alleviating some withdrawal symptoms, reinforcing opioid euphoria and opioid efficacy. These non-opioid drugs mainly came from drug stores and hospitals.Therefore administration on psychoactive drugs should be strengthened.更多还原
