【摘要】 目的　探讨化脓性眼内炎的最佳治疗措施及时机。方法　回顾性分析化脓性眼内炎 41例 41眼 ,其中抗生素、皮质类固醇治疗联合玻璃体切除术 2 3眼 ,眼球摘除 6眼 ,单用抗生素皮质类固醇治疗 12眼。结果　抗生素皮质类固醇治疗联合玻璃体切除术治疗的 2 3眼中 ,术后视力 0 1～ 0 7者 9眼。单用抗生素皮质类固醇治疗的 12眼中 ,视力 0 4、0 7各 1眼。结论　眼内炎一旦确诊 ,即全身及局部应用广谱抗生素及皮质类固醇 ,一旦角膜及前房条件好转 ,及时行玻璃体切除术 ,可提高治疗效果及手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the best method and opportunity of treatment for endophthalmitis.Method 41 cases (41 eyes) of endophthalmitis were retrospectively analysed.Among them 23 eyes were treated by vitrectomy combined with antibiotic and cortisol therapy,6 eyes undergone emnucleation.And 12 eyes treated by antibiotic and cortisol only.Result In 23 eyes which underwent vitrectomy combined with antibiotic and cortisol therapy,9 eyes’ postoperative visual acuity were 0.1～0.7,And in 12 eyes which treated by antibiotic and cortisol,the two eyes visual acuity was 0.4 and 0.7.Conclusion To apply antibiotic and cortisol therapy as soon as the endophthalmitis is diagnosed,and when the situation of cornea and anterior chamber come better,the vitrectomy in time can get better effect and surgical outcome.更多还原
