【摘要】 目的　探讨小范围巩膜破裂伤缝合术后视网膜脱离的原因。方法　 32例小范围巩膜破裂伤术后视网膜脱离行二次玻璃体切除术中发现其原因。结果　引起视网膜脱离的原因有三 :一是外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变引起的牵引性视网膜脱离 ;二是第一次手术失误 ;三是医源性处理不当。结论　二次玻璃体切除是解决小范围巩膜破裂伤术后视网膜脱离的主要手段。第一次术中巩膜冷凝 /电凝对预防视网膜脱离无益。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the causes of the retinal detachment after the suturing of limited scleral repture.Method To seek factors of the retinal detachment by sewing up the limited wound of globe in 32 cases.Results Causing the retinal detachment by 3 factors:the first is PVR,the second is surgical faults at initial aid,the third is the iatrogenic error.Conclusion Vitrectomy once again is the main means in perfecting the limited globe repture.only once operation is of effect to prevent the retinal detachment.更多还原
