【摘要】 目的　探讨糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘出和人工晶状体植入的适应证、手术方法和疗效。方法　糖尿病性白内障行囊外摘出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术 5 6例 5 8眼 ,以 6 0例非糖尿病性白内障作为对照。结果　术中术后未见严重并发症 ,最终视力 ,糖尿病眼 5 5 4%≥ 0 6 ,非糖尿病眼 6 1 7%≥ 0 .6 ,两组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　只要经适当控制饮食或加用适量降糖药物 ,使血糖相对稳定在一定水平而无全身或眼部严重并发症 ,施行囊外摘出和人工晶状体植入疗效是安全可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the indication, operation mode and therapeutic of extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with intraocular lens implantation (IOL) in diabetic. Methods Propetive evaluation of extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens (ECCE wiht PC-IOL) in 58 eyes of 56 diabetic patients, and 60 eyes nondiabetic patients. Results No severe intra-and post-operative complications were found, and a postoperative final visual acuity of 0.6 or better in 55.4% of diabetic eyes and 61.7% of nondiabetic eyes, a difference that was not statistically significant ( P >0 05). Conclusions Preoperatively, if the diabetes of patients with cataract can be controlled by diet or hypoglycemic agent, their glucose level in the blood remains normal and stable for a period of time and there are no other systemic and ocular complications, ECCE with IOL can be performed on such patients and the therapeutic results of the operation can be safe and reliable.更多还原
