【摘要】 目的　观察用婴幼儿供体角膜行穿透性角膜治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法　采用 3岁以下 (平均 1 6岁 )婴幼儿供体角膜行穿透性角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡 2 6例 2 6眼。结果　手术治愈率达 92 3 % ,植片透明率达 83 3 % ,视力获不同程度提高者 79 2 %。结论　婴幼儿供体角膜具有材料易得及内皮愈合储备能力高的优点 ,穿透性角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡可以控制感染、缩短病程、提高视力及保全眼球。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of the fungal corneal ulcer treated by penetrating keratoplasty with infant donor cornea. Methods 26 cases of the fungal corneal ulcer treated by penetrating keratoplasty with infant cornea within 3 years old(mean 1.6 years). Results The cure rate of operation was 92.3%. The transparence rate of graft was 83.3%, and the visual acuity was improved to various extent in cases of 79.2%. Conclusion The infant donor have some advantages of obtaind easy and the recovery store ability of corneal endothelia strong. Penetrating keratoplasty can obstruct infection, shorten cure time, improve visual acuity and conserve eyeball.更多还原
