【摘要】 目的　探讨施行外伤性白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术的最佳手术时机。方法　 48例外伤性白内障 ,根据其致伤情况、角膜及眼内组织的损伤程度的不同 ,选择不同的手术方法植入前房或后房型人工晶状体。结果　术后均无严重并发症 ,视力最佳恢复达 1 2。结论　选择最佳时机手术 ,可使外伤性白内障恢复较理想的视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the optimal operation timing of traumatic cataract extration and intraocular lens implantation in cases with traumatic cataract. Methods Different operation which implanted anterior chamber of posterior chamber intraocular lens were used according to different damage degrees of cornea and internal tissue and different cases causing strauma in 48 case with traumatic cataract. Results No any serious complication was found in all the 48 cases, and the optimal vision restore to 1.2. Conclusions Selection of the optimal operation timing would restore the patient’vision to perfect degree.更多还原
