【摘要】 目的　观察儿童外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法　 2 5例行白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术 ,对比手术前后视力 ,处理术后并发症。结果　随访 1～ 2年 ,矫正视力在 0 0 5以上占 88 2 4%。结论　白内障摘出人工晶状体植入治疗儿童外伤性白内障是安全有效的方法 ,但应选择度数适当的人工晶状体 ,并积极处理术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of traumatic cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in children.Methods Cataract exteraction with intraocular lens implantation were performed on 25 eyes of 25 children with traumatic cataract.The visual acuities of preoperation and postoperation were compared,and the main postoperative complications were treated.Results The period of follow up was 1～2 years.88.24% of the cases obtained the corrected visual acurities of 0.05 or better.Conclusions It is safe and efficient to perform traumatic cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in children.But the choice of intraocular lens with situable diopter should be paid attention to ,and the postoperative complications should be treated actively.更多还原
