【摘要】 目的　探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入的手术方法及手术时机。方法　对 60例 62眼外伤性白内障根据囊的破裂情况及晶状体是否脱位选择不同术式。结果　术后 3月裸眼视力 <0 0 5者 3眼占 4 8% ,0 0 5～ 0 2 5者 12眼占 19 4% ,0 3～0 5者 2 0眼占 3 2 3 % ,0 6～ 1 0者 16眼占 2 5 8% ,>1 0者 11眼占 17 7%。结论　外伤性白内障根据囊的破裂情况及晶状体是否脱位选择不同术式是脱残、脱盲的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search the method and timing of operation for intraoculor lens implantation in traumatic cataract.Method In 60 cases (62 eyes) of traumatic cataract,the different methods were selected according to the situation of capsular breaking and whether dislocation.Results 3 months after operation the naked eye vision <0 05 were in 3 eyes (4.8%),0.05～0.25 in 12 eyes (19.4%),0.3～0.5 in 20 eyes (32.3%),0.6～1.0 in 16 eyes (25.8%) and >1.0 in 11 eyes (17.7%). Conclusions The different methods selected according to the situation of capsular breaking and whether dislocation will be one of effective ways for relieving deformity and blindness.更多还原
