【摘要】 目的　探讨玻璃体切除术中散大瞳孔的一种新方法。方法　作者将一种连续缝线散瞳术应用于 15例玻璃体切除术中。以直针 10 -0prolen线经瞳孔绕虹膜作 4针连续缝合。结果　瞳孔散大为边长 6 7～ 7 3mm的正方形。结论　本方法操作简便 ,创伤小 ,散瞳效果好 ,是玻璃体手术中一种散瞳的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new technique for dilating small pupil during vitrectomy. Methods We performed pupillary dilatation with continuous suture in 15 cases of vitrectomy, in which a continuous transpupillary suture with four passages was made with a single straight needle mounted on a 10 0 prolen suture. Results The pupil was dilated into a square shape with a 6.7 mm～7.3 mm side. Conclusion This technique is simple, less traumatic and effective, and is a good choice for pupillary dilation during vitrectomy更多还原
