【摘要】 目的　探讨切皮重睑术联合内眦赘皮简易矫正法的手术步骤和优点。方法　对 2 2例 ( 4 4眼 )单睑伴内眦赘皮的患者施行了手术。术中切除部分内眦皮肤、并将切口固定于内眦韧带。术后随访 18例 6月～ 4年。结果　内眦赘皮消失 ,内眦角显露、赘皮无复发 ,重睑外形美观。结论　本术式适于矫正上睑型或睑型轻、中度内眦赘皮 ,方法简单、效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the operative procedures and the advantages of resection of partial skin for upper lid furrow construction combined with the simple correction of epicanthus.Methods 22 cases (44 eyes) with epicanthus and no upper lid furrow had been operated.In this operation partial skin at medial canthus was resected.The incision was fixed to the medial canthal tendon.18 cases were followed-up 6 months～4 years after operation.Results Epicanthus disappears.Medial canthus shows up.Fold has been no recurrence.Upper lid furrows are beautiful.Conclusion This method is simple and effective to the cosmetic correction of the mild and moderate epicanthus supraciliaris or palpebralis.更多还原
