【摘要】 目的　探讨带虹膜隔人工晶状体在合并虹膜缺损的无晶状体眼的应用效果。方法　对 2 1例角膜穿孔伤虹膜缺损的无晶状体眼行带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入。结果　随访 6～ 15月 ,视力≥ 0 4者 4例占 19 1% ,0 1～ 0 3者 12例占 5 7 1% ,0 0 5～ 0 1者 3例占 14 3 % ,<0 0 5者 2例占 9 5 %。结论　对复杂性眼球穿孔伤合并虹膜缺损的无晶状体眼行带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入 ,不仅重建眼球 ,同时矫正视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of aphakic eye combine iris defect with intraocular lens with iris diaphragm implantation.Methods 21 cases were observed and analysed.Results During 6 15 months,vision of 0.4 or better in 4 case (19.19%),0.1～0.3 in 12 case (57.1%),0.05～0.1 in 3 case (14.3%),< 0.05 in 2 case (9.5%).Conclusion The implantation of iris diaphragm IOL in aphakic eye with iris defect could rebuild the eyeball and correct the vision.更多还原
