【摘要】 Folch’s法和水解法分离提取鳖内脏提取物 ,用GC法 ,Folin酚法 ,HP 10 5 0高效液相色谱仪 ,二苯胺法 ,原子吸收分光光度法分别对脂肪酸、蛋白质、氨基酸、DNA、微量元素进行了分析和测定 ,结果表明 ,鳖内脏提取物中含有的多不饱和脂肪酸达 17 5 5 % ,蛋白质含量为 46 5 % ,精氨酸含量高 ,必需氨基酸组成合理 ,同时含有锌、铁、锰、铜、镁等微量元素 ,表明内脏提取物有较高的药用价值和营养价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Internal organs extractive of Pelodiscus Sinensis was extracted by floch’s method and hydrolysis .GC,lowry method,dibenzoamine method,HPLC and AAS were used to analyze the contents of fatty acids,protein,DNA,trace elements . Results showed that there are over 17 55% polyunsaturated fatty acids and 46 5% protein, The proportion of Arg is very high,Composition of essential amino acids is rational. There are many kinds of trace elements such as Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,Mg et al . The potential for pharmaceutical and nutritional use is great.更多还原
